Born in Monroe, LA he was a son of the late Thomas Olan Moreau and Norma Jackson Moreau. Terry retired as an Army Colonel of Military Police. His distinguished career included leadership and command assignments at every level, culminating in his assignment as Commander, 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne). He subsequently completed a second career as a Security Management Executive with Wackenhut Services, Inc. He was a member of the Military Police Regimental Association. Terry passed away Friday, December 21, 2012
