I was drafted into the U.S. Army in July 1967 during the Vietnam war. I served my country as a Nuclear Weapons Maintenance Specialist in Germany. I was diagnosed with ALS on August 23, 2012. I live my life day by day coping with this disease the best I know how. I pray for a cure for this terrible disease, not so much for myself but for the people in the future.
