My father was an Air Force Captain and served his country with honor, moving from base to base around the country. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. My father was finally diagnosed with ALS in 2008 after rebuilding his home after Hurricane Katrina. He was cared for in his home by my mom and brother until November 2010. He was loved by his wife, four children, grandchildren and extended family and is missed every day.
