My husband Tom served in the navy from 1960 to 1964 and moved on his life to become a hardworking man. He loved life. He enjoyed every moment to the fullest. He was known for his great sense of humor, story and joke telling. He was a wonderful husband, father and human being. His life was cut short when at age 59 he was diagnosed with ALS. He was at the prime if his life ready to reap the rewards of his pensions and retirement but that never happened. He fought for 5 and a half years never complaining or feeling sorry for himself.
