My first indication of something wrong was in November, 2015. I noticed that I couldn't pronounce the word ladder. My primary doctor referred me to a local neurologist, who after several test, referred me to STANFORD. I was diagnosed DECEMBER 2016 with BULBAR ALS.
Swallowing became more difficult. I had a feeding tube installed in August 2017, started Redacava infusion in November, 2017. I'm to the stage now that it's difficult speaking. I'm still walking, don't have much use of either hand........but at 75. I've lived a good life and got to see a real American in the White House.
