Local Help: The Physician List

The Physician List is an information tool for patients and families. It is intended to identify some of the physicians who take care of ALS patients in the service areas covered by ALS Association's Chapters and Free Standing Support Groups. This list is not designed to be an exhaustive compendium of all ALS physicians or to convey any recommendation from The ALS Association. It is not intended to serve as a referral or recommendation source. Neither the physicians included on the Physician List, nor those not included, are endorsed or sanctioned by The ALS Association. Patients should check with individual physicians to determine who has contractual arrangements with their insurance carrier.
