Prior Addresses for The ALS Association
The National Office of The Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association has been located at the above location since November 1998, but moved from Suite 150 to Suite 250 in 2008.
Please note that from 1989 to October 1998, the National Office of The ALS Association was located in Woodland Hills, California. Prior to that date, The Association was located in Sherman Oaks, California.
If you are administering an estate gift that specifies either a Sherman Oaks or Woodland Hills, California, address, please change your records to reflect The Association's current address listed above.
One final note, The Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association incorporated in 1985. The Association was formed by the merger of two organizations - the ALS Society of America and the National ALS Foundation. An estate gift that specified either of these two previous organizations is a gift to The ALS Association.
