Strike Out ALS

 

Strike Out ALSDuring the 2014 baseball season, The ALS Association and Minor League Baseball™ are partnering to launch a comprehensive awareness campaign to strikeout Lou Gehrig’s Disease (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or ALS).

The Strikeout Lou Gehrig’s Disease campaign is designed to raise awareness of ALS and the National ALS Registry during Minor League Baseball™ games across the country.  The campaign includes a variety of game day activities focused on ALS and also brings attention to the largest ALS research program, the National ALS Registry.

Join Us at the Ballpark!
Come out to the ballpark this season to watch your favorite MiLB™ team, support the fight against ALS and honor those battling the disease every day. Watch here for dates and games where a Strikeout Lou Gehrig’s Disease events are taking place across the country.  As new events are added, they will be posted here, so check back to see if your favorite team is participating.

In addition to watching some great baseball, events will feature various game day activities and the first 500 fans entering ballparks will receive camouflage colored ALS Registry foam baseballs.  For additional details, follow the links below to your team or your local ALS Association Chapter.
