Don Hess served his country in the Army as a transportation driver for the artillery. He was in the Battery C 57th Fa Bn (Korea). After the Army, Don started his own plumbing business. He was officially diagnosed with ALS through the Hershey Medical Ctr in May 2002 at the age of 70. Surrounded by his wife, Ethel, and his 3 children, he went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2002. Don loved to hunt and watch sports. He was a charter member of the Fulton Fire Company, served on the Fulton Township Planning Commission and was very active with Ducks Unlimited. He is missed by family and friends.
