Gregory Wynn

Branch: Army
Served: 1972 - 1976
Hometown: Allyn, WA
Written by: Rachel Ruckman , niece
My Uncle Greg was the most caring and giving person you would ever meet. He went into the army in 1972. Serving over in italy and then getting stationed at Fort Lewis in washington. In the summer of 2011 my uncle started to fall alot. Then later in the year was told he had drop foot. In January he was diagnosed with als. My Uncle fought hard and with great dignity. But on September 15th my uncle told us his fight with als was over. He passed away that evening surrounded by his loving family. My family prays one day a cure will be found to save others from this terriable disease.
