Gregory Haslett served in the US Army from 1972 to 1975. After discharge, he served in the Army Reserves for many years as an operating room technician assigned to the 45th Station Hospital, Ft. Vancouver, WA. Greg was diagnosed with ALS in July 1996 and became ventilator dependent in 1999. Through the years, Greg has managed to smile despite the trials of living with ALS. He currently lives at home in Portland with his wife and enjoys visits from his two adult daughters.
