My husband was diagnosed with ALS in April 2009. He received the Purple Heart for his service in Vietnam. He was involved in various veterans organizations, assisting wounded veterans in receiving the benefits deserved-he devoted his adult life to helping his fellow veterans! It was Frankie's dream to have a car show to benefit veterans and those with ALS-he was able to realize this dream before his passing in August 2010. His show, Helpin’ Others Custom & Classic Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show, continues annually in his memory. Frankie’s infectious smile and love of life will be missed by many!
