LCDR David LaMontagne served his country proudly on the USS Caloosahatchee, Dwight D.Eisenhower, Dahlgren & Shenandoah twice. He was commissioned as a Limited Duty Officer in 1981 & retired as a LCDR in 1991. Officially diagnosed with ALS in March 2007 he lost his battle Sept 11, 2007. Never complaining, always maintaining an amazing attitude he is missed everyday by everyone who knew him...family and friends alike.
