January 1, 1949 - October 7, 2011 Ron served in the Navy on active duty in Vietnam from 1968-1972, then served again on active duty from 1975-1977. He served in the Navy Reserves from 1977-1993. He was also in the Air Force Reserves from 1993-2000. He had been married to his wife, Pam, for 32 years and had two daughters, Amanda and Colleen. He worked as an animal lab technician at Merck for 11 years. Ron was diagnosed with ALS in November 2008. He moved into the VA Coatesville Medical Center in 2009, where he resided for 2 years. He passed away on October 7th of this year.
