Larry, also known as "Fat Rat" had a brief fight with ALS compared with others. He was diagnosed in Oct. 2010 and died July 2011. He met his challenge head on and developed his bucket list and got his "stuff" in order for his family. He was so proud of each of his family members how they were there to help and assist or just sit with him. He also said not to feel bad for him as he had lived his life well and that he had gotten to do something many others don't and that was a chance to say goodbye to all those he loved. He was a special person with a special sense of humor.
