My grandfather took great pride being a Vietnam Army Veteran and at times it was hard for him to talk about being overseas but he still loved showing off his military yearbook and showing photos. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with ALS February 2016 and by December 2016 he was taken by the nasty disease. We all miss and love our hero so much but we know he is at peace and pain free. Today we salute you Pappy and all the fallen men and women on this Memorial Day.
