Join Us - Become a Partner

Thank you for your interest in joining the fight against ALS. Companies like yours help us raise awareness, fund research and care services and ultimately take one step close to a world without ALS.

How to join

Each partnership, sponsorship and promotion is unique and customized to fit the needs of The ALS Association and your company. We will work together to create a campaign that makes sense for you.
A letter of agreement is required for all partnerships with The ALS Association.

Get Started

Please take a moment to complete the questionnaire below to help us better understand your goals in working with us.

The exact donation amount for national ALS Association partnerships, sponsorships and promotions will be determined based on the nature of the campaign, benefits offered and expectations of both partners.

Sometimes a partnership is better suited for a local program. In that case, we may refer your company to one of our chapters chapters throughout the country for consideration. Any promotion that impacts five or more markets will be considered for national partnership.
