Kimberly Maginnis

Kimberly Maginnis brings experience, energy, enthusiasm and an appreciation for respectful relationships to her role as Chief of Care Services at The ALS Association. She has worked in the healthcare industry for more than three decades, and her resume includes positions at the Veterans Administration and Harvard Community Health Plan in Boston, Massachusetts.

Prior to joining The ALS Association, Maginnis worked at Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia for more than 20 years as senior director of Corporate Health Services, Urgent Care Centers and Employee Occupational Health. Some of her key accomplishments in this role include her developing successful, collaborative relationships with her colleagues in other departments; achieving income targets while managing risk and achieving strong operational controls; developing strategic business plans that yielded defined financial and operational successes. 

Maginnis holds a B.A. in Hospital and Health Services Administration, Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York and an M.B.A. in Business Administration/Finance from American University, Washington, D.C.
