William Thoet

Bill Thoet is an independent trustee referred by Ken Wiegand and nominated by the Board Development and Nominating Committee.  Mr. Thoet is a Senior Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton, and has over 21 years of experience in the areas of modeling, simulation, wargaming and analysis. He leads over 1000 staff focused on applying those disciplines to problems that include Avian Flu Pandemics planning, HIV/AIDS country planning for India and China, testing and developing corporate strategies, testing the resilience of financial institutions, and military planning. Bill has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
